About the Role
As Membership & Enterprise Growth Manager, you will drive membership and revenue growth for a global association. You’ll build trusted relationships with executives and chiefs of staff, manage your pipeline from prospecting to close, and shape offers that highlight the value of community and certification. You’ll use data to guide decisions, improve efficiency, and collaborate across Growth, Enterprise, Communications, Education, and Engagement teams to strengthen retention, referrals, and commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
You will play a key role in CSA’s North American expansion. The role is based in our Manhattan office, with regular travel across the region.
You will lead growth initiatives across our expanding US community, serving as a central part of our US operations. Working closely with global colleagues in member engagement and events, you will help shape and deliver our US Growth Strategy in partnership with company leadership.

Membership and Enterprise Growth
- Refine and execute the US growth strategy for individual, business, and hybrid memberships
- Leverage existing channels and build new ones to identify, engage, and convert prospective members and partners
- Define and prioritize target segments using best practices and technology for lead generation and conversion
- Support inbound growth through member intake cohorts, screening and interviewing prospects, managing CRM and pipeline flow, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality journey from first contact to close
- Partner with company leadership and colleagues across teams to advance commercial initiatives
Reporting to
- This role reports to the US-based Senior Vice President, Commercial.
What we’re looking for:
Skills and experience
- Three to five years in business development or partnerships
- Confidence engaging C-suite leaders and navigating complex decisions
- Proven energy and initiative in outreach and brand growth
- Strong written communication skills with disciplined email, social, and call outreach
- Proficiency with CRM systems and ownership of performance metrics
- Collaborative, adaptable working style with strong follow-through

Salary and benefits
- USD 70,000 depending on experience
